Set Up Auto-Generated and Manual PO Numbering System

• The Prefix text field is limited to 10 characters

Steps

1. Use the text fields to enter information for:
1. System Generated Prefix.  This will be the prefix for all POs automatically generated by the application.  Builders often identify this by project and PO type.
• Auto-generated POs might have a prefix of "LEPO" for the project Lighthouse Estates and "MRPO" for the project Mountain Ridge.
2. Manual PO Prefix.  This will be the prefix for all POs manually created by a user.  Builders often identify this by project and PO type.
• Manual POs might have a prefix of "LEMPO" for the project Lighthouse Estates and "MRMPO" for the project Mountain Ridge.
2. Select the Save button to save the changes, or, as appropriate, select the Cancel button.
